Welcome to Bikram Yoga Orlando. After you read this page, download the release form and bring it with you when you come to your first class.

1. Always check in at the front desk.
2. Keep all personal belongings (including shoes) in the locker area located beyond the yoga room. Always carry your shoes through the yoga room to keep dirt off the carpet.
3. Position your mat and towel in a pre-marked location. First-timers should not practice on the front row.
4. We ask that you do not use your towel or mat to provide traction for your hands or feet. Please do not use the walls to hold your balance.
5. Please wait to drink until our first water break. This is about 25 minutes into class. After that time drink as needed between postures, not during. Only water is allowed in the room.
6. When you feel the need to rest, lie on your back with your arms and legs down. Feet facing the back orange wall. Keep your eyes on the ceiling. It is common as a beginner to feel lightheaded or nauseous, this will pass quickly as you become acclimated to the class. Take it easy the first few classes.
7. Stay in the yoga room until the class is completed. Only leave the room if you have an emergency requiring you to use the restroom. Exit the room between postures, not during. When you come in, first look through the peephole, enter between postures. Please only be gone for a few minutes...students are asked to remain where they can be seen.
8. Be quick and clean in the restrooms and showers, no more than 3 minutes if there is someone waiting.
9. Please be respectful of our staff by following all instructions to the best of your ability.
10. If you require any modifications please speak to the instructor before class.
