We are located in the Park Plaza, home to Darland Bakery. There is plenty of parking on the east, south, and west sides of the building. We are located on a one-way street so often times it is necessary to go around the back of the block. Visit our Directions page for further information.

Practice Room at Bikram Yoga Orlando. Maximum capacity of 46 students. Our room makes use of multiple sources of heat. The room is dehumidified and in each corner a fan is mounted to help circulate air at the appropriate times. There are two air purifiers running at all times. We have a fantastic sound system so you are sure to always clearly hear the instructor.

Several Bikram teachers participated in an impromtu competition of their own during the 2007 Florida Regional Yoga Championship to determine who could hold the 2nd part of Awkward for the longest time. You should've seen all the shaking legs!

Helena is the senior teacher in the Central Florida area. She is the owner of Bikram Yoga Melbourne. In the blue is Britton Jeffries, 3rd place Silver Medal winner in the international yoga championship. Britton teaches at and helps to manage Bikram Yoga Orlando. They are pictured with Bikram who brought yoga competition to the United States.
