MELISSA MCMURRAY
Melissa is the Director of Bikram Yoga Orlando. She has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 1997 and has been a certified instructor since 2000. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with Exceptional Children from Flagler College. Melissa opened Bikram Yoga Orlando in 2001. She was the Director of the Florida Regional Yoga Championship in 2005 and was a competitor in 2007. In 2005 she attended the Judges Clinic at Yoga College of India Headquarters and in 2006 attended Bikram’s Advanced Training. Recertified in 2006. Melissa served as a leader of posture clinics at the Fall Teacher Training of 2007.

BRITTON JEFFRIES
Britton helps to manage Bikram Yoga Orlando. She has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 1995 and has been a certified instructor since 2003. In 2005 she attended the Judges Clinic at Yoga College of India Headquarters and in 2006 attended Bikram’s Advanced Training. Recertified in 2006. She began practicing after suffering a fractured neck and shattered knee in a car accident. Through consistent practice she has been able to rehabilitate these injuries. Britton has and continues to compete annually in the Yoga Asana Championship. She placed 1st at the regional level in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, won the Bronze Medal at the international level in 2005, and placed 5th at the USA national in 2007. Britton served as a leader of posture clinics at the Fall Teacher Training of 2007 and also was honored to teach a class at that training.

ANNA HUNTER
Anna has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2001 and has been a certified instructor since 2006. She holds degrees in Fashion Buying & Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Horticulture from Long Beach City College in California. Anna competed in the 2007 Florida Regional Yoga Asana Championship. She has also competed in ballroom dancing and martial arts. She says "Bikram Yoga is the most challenging thing I’ve done in my life. As I age I’ve decided not to do so gracefully but to go kicking and screaming into the “twilight years” by staying in shape though yoga."

KELLY SENN
Kelly has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2001 and has been a certified instructor since 2003. She was recertified in 2006. Kelly holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and an Associates in Science Degree in Paramedical Skin Care.

LYNNE LOMBARDO
Lynne has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2002 and has been a certified instructor since 2003. She was recertified in 2006. Lynne is a grandmother although to look at her you wouldn’t think so.

SHARI WILCZYNSKI
Shari has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2005 and became a certified instructor in the Spring training of 2007. Shari also holds an Associates in Art degree from Valencia.

DEBORA FAHMY
Debora began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2001. She and her family were some of Bikram Yoga Orlando’s very first students. Debora became a certified instructor in the Spring training of 2007. She and her husband are the owners of Karadema Jewelers.

AFTON CARRAWAY
Afton began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2004 and became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007. She has a background as a professional dancer. Afton was selected to be a demonstrator at the Bikram Teacher Training graduation. She placed 2nd at the Florida Regional Yoga Championship in 2007.

JOE CUCCARO
Joe began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2004 and became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007. He also holds a Business Degree in Operations Research and Information Systems.

JENNIFER FINKEY
Jennifer began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2003 and became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University of Florida.

COURTNEY DUTSON
Courtney began practicing Bikram yoga in 2005 and became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida. She is pursuing a doctorate in naturopathy. She is a former competitive wake boarder.

NORM SINGLETARY
Norm began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2006 and became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Central Florida and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida.

BRENDAN JEFFRIES
Brendan began practicing Bikram Yoga at the age of eight. He became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007. He currently teaches in Orlando, Merritt Island, and Melbourne.

MARIA CANELA
Maria began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2004 and became a certified instructor in the Fall training of 2007.
