MELISSA MCMURRAY
Melissa is the Director of Bikram Yoga Orlando. She began practicing Bikram Yoga in 1997 and became a certified instructor in 2000. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with Exceptional Children from Flagler College and has completed the Landmark Forum and the Landmark Advanced Course. Melissa opened Bikram Yoga Orlando in 2001. She was the Director of the Florida Regional Yoga Championship in 2005 and 2010 and was a competitor in 2007. Melissa was the 2nd place winner in the Florida Regional Yoga Championship of 2008 and advanced to the USA National Yoga Championship. In 2005 and 2009 she attended the Judge's Clinic. In 2006 and 2009 Melissa attended Bikram’s Advanced Training. Recertified in 2006 and 2009. Melissa served as a leader of posture clinics at the Fall Teacher Training of 2007.

AFTON CARRAWAY
Afton began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2004 and became a certified instructor in 2007. She has a background as a professional dancer. Afton was selected to be a demonstrator at the Bikram Teacher Training graduation. She placed 2nd at the Florida Regional Yoga Championship in 2007 and placed 1st in 2008, 2009 and 2010 causing her to advance to the USA National Yoga Championship. She placed 3rd at USA Nationals in 2010 and 1st in 2011. Afton attended the Judge's Clinic and Bikram's Advanced Training in 2009. Recertified in 2009.

ANNA HUNTER
Anna began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2001 and became a certified instructor in 2006. She holds degrees in Fashion Buying & Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Horticulture from Long Beach City College in California. Anna competed in the 2007 Florida Regional Yoga Asana Championship. Anna attended the Judge's Clinic and Coaches Clinic in 2011. She served on staff as the co-ordinator of posture clinics and led posture clinics at the Spring 2011 Teacher Training. Recertified in 2009 and 2011.

JOE CUCCARO
Joe began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2004 and became a certified instructor in 2007. He also holds a Business Degree in Operations Research and Information Systems. Recertified in 2010.

SHARI WILCZYNSKI
Shari began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2005 and became a certified instructor in 2007. Shari also holds an Associates in Art degree from Valencia. Recertified in 2010.

NORM SINGLETARY
Norm began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2006 and became a certified instructor in 2007. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Central Florida and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida.

CAROL CRAIN
Carol began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2005 and became a certified instructor in 2006. Recertified in 2009.

AMANDA WILLIAMS
Amanda began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2005 and became a certified instructor in 2005. She competed in the 2010 Florida Regional Yoga Asana Championship. Recertified in 2008 and 2010.

KATE ENNIS
Kate began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2006 and became a certified instructor in 2011. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin.

VANESSA QUINTERO
Vanessa began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2008 and became a certified instructor in 2011. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Central Florida. Vanessa competed in the Florida Regional Yoga Asana Championship in 2009 and 2010.
